These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AnnounceFly ("Service"), operated by AnnounceFly. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Paid subscriptions are charged in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
The Service and its software, design, and content are owned by AnnounceFly and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to content you create through the Service and grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely to provide the Service.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service to process personal data on behalf of others, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate legal bases.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide email-based support and make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve issues promptly.
You may cancel your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will handle your data per our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnnounceFly shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AnnounceFly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Material changes will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
